Current status
Formal gender pay gap reporting is typically a legal requirement for larger employers — for example, companies with 250 or more employees under UK regulations. SnapMate is currently a small, founder-led team below that threshold, so a statutory gender pay gap report does not yet apply to us.
Our commitment
We're publishing this page proactively, ahead of any legal requirement to do so. As SnapMate grows and begins hiring, we're committed to pay equity as a baseline principle and to publishing a full gender pay gap report once we meet applicable reporting thresholds.
