Scope of This Notice

Washington State's My Health My Data Act requires businesses to disclose their practices around "consumer health data." This notice explains how that law applies to SnapMate, in plain terms.

02

What Counts as Health Data

Under the Act, consumer health data broadly means information that identifies a consumer's physical or mental health status — for example, health conditions, diagnoses, or reproductive or gender-affirming care information.

03

Our Practice

SnapMate does not ask for or knowingly collect consumer health data as defined by this law. Our data collection is limited to what's described in our Privacy Policy — account, profile, usage, and subscription information. If that changes as our features evolve, we'll update this notice and our Privacy Policy accordingly, and seek any consent required by law.

04

Your Rights

If this notice's scope changes and we do process consumer health data, Washington residents will have the right to confirm what's collected, request deletion, and withdraw consent, consistent with the Act.
